In 2020, I was overwhelmed. My house was a mess, my job drained me, and my health was spiraling. I felt disconnected from loved ones. Then, I reached out for support and discovered I had ADHD. This diagnosis changed everything. Over the next few years, I left my job, rebuilt relationships, and learned to care for my body and mind. I built a life that worked for me and my ADHD brain. Now, I'm using my decades in education and intervention, my personal experience, and my passion to support others to help women like YOU thrive, not just survive.
